A brief history of the dashboard: How we built a coronavirus dashboard in our living room

This dashboard is based on data released by the department of health and the various oversight and testing bodies. We have no affiliation with any of these bodies. The data that is released publicly is very limited and of varying quality and detail. As such we encourage caution when drawing conclusions based on this data as there are many variables and contexts that we do not have access to. We would like to see more regular and detailed data being made available to the public in this time of crisis as it would enable a broader and better understanding of the situation as it stands.
